What you get

A recipe book without a framework is a pile of recipes.

Three books written years apart that turned out to be one system. Below is the order I would read them in.

The Optimized Performance LifestyleSixteen chapters on how eating, training, sleeping and recovery hold each other up, and what to take out before you add anything. It is the frame the other two sit inside, and the one I would read first.
The EASY Way to Organic CookingTwo hundred and forty recipes, short ingredient lists, and no step that needs a technique you would have to go and learn first. This is what I cook for a living, written down so it can be cooked by someone who does not.
The Complete Supplement GuideA hundred and forty-seven entries across nine categories, each graded against the clinical evidence — what it shows, what it does not, and where the honest gaps are.
The Food Preference ListThe form my own clients fill in before I cook for them. More on this below.

Ninety-five dollars of books for seventy-nine.

Only in the Library

The form my clients fill in before I cook for them.

Five pages and more than nine hundred fields — what you eat, what you avoid, what you cannot have. Run it on your own household, the children especially, and you stop guessing at what to cook.

It has no price. It comes with the Library and nowhere else.

Who wrote them

Originally from Sweden. I started training and studying nutrition at fifteen, and qualified as a strength and conditioning coach there in 2000.

London came next: a personal training, nutrition and massage practice, and a high-end catering company alongside it. That is where organic cooking stopped being something I preferred and became a lifestyle.

Then Los Angeles, Le Cordon Bleu, and the private chef business built from there.

Cooking, training and bodywork have never been separate practices to me. They are the three things a healthy, balanced life is built on.
